Things I've Built
Artifacts
Four things I built, and what each one taught me.
- RagResumeA dual-rubric RAG pipeline for tailoring resumes. Built it, used it, then killed it, and wrote down why.Personal Project
- Automating NPS AnalysisA quarterly eight-hour read through open-text survey comments, replaced with a classification pipeline that runs in thirty minutes.Achievers
- Segmenting SAP's ChurnTwo groups were leaving for opposite reasons. One retention strategy could only ever fix half of it.SAP x WiDS Case Competition
- The Cost of a False DeclineThe bank was losing more money turning away real customers than it was losing to fraud. We went after the wrong-decline problem instead.Mastercard x BOLT UBC Datathon
